This machine is specialized in sewing large cotton products such as greenhouse quilts, car vegetable quilts, and cotton door curtains. When making cotton quilts, both sides of the quilt are wrapped with double needles to make the edges. At the same time, this machine can automatically sew the felt buttons to save labor, and the workmanship is very beautiful and sturdy. The commonly used sewing widths include 2-16 stitches per 2 meters, 18-22 stitches per 3 meters, 24-29 stitches per 4 meters, as well as double row dense type with 28 stitches per 2 meters, 44 stitches per 3 meters, and 54 stitches per 4 meters. There are various sizes available for users to choose from, and special customization can also be made according to customer needs. The stitching produced by this machine is a lock stitch, with a smooth and beautiful effect without any stitches. The power is driven by three 4.0kW speed regulating motors, and the machine speed can be freely controlled between 0-150 stitches per minute. Normal operation can sew four meters per minute, and the needle spacing can be freely adjusted from 1-4 centimeters. The sewing thickness can reach 8 centimeters, and the extended machine needle is used. The thickest cotton quilt weight per square meter can reach 12 pounds.
